At Sunflower BBQ, we specialize in Texas and Kansas City style BBQ, which means we use a dry rub and slow-smoke our meats over wood for up to 16 hours. This creates a crispy bark on the outside and a juicy, tender inside. We also offer a variety of homemade sauces and sides to complement your meats.

Dry rubbed and delicious - Falls off the bone
Thick, smokey chunks of beef - Smoked from 8-12 hours
Brisket - Cooked low and slow over 14 hours - Can cut it with a fork!
Wings flavored with either "Taste of the Island" or "Chili Lime Mild" rubs.
