At Sunflower BBQ, we specialize in Texas and Kansas City style BBQ, which means we use a dry rub and slow-smoke our meats over wood for up to 16 hours. This creates a crispy bark on the outside and a juicy, tender inside. We also offer a variety of homemade sauces and sides to complement your meats.
